How Pilgrim Dry Cleaners Gives Back: 85+ Years of Community Support and Service
Serving our community, beyond the clothes
We wouldn’t have been able to celebrate our 85-year anniversary in 2025 without the loyalty of the communities we serve. We’re your neighbors—we live here, work here, and care about the same places you do. From day one, Pilgrim Dry Cleaners has focused on convenience, quality, and service, but just as importantly, we’ve always believed in giving back to the people who have supported us for so long.
One of the organizations closest to our hearts is the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital. Our team is grateful for the chance to contribute to their mission of improving health and well-being for all children and families. In 2025, we were honored to take part in several of their events, including Winefest as a Premier Cru Sponsor, the 16th Annual Champions for Children’s Golf Classic as a Birdie Sponsor, and FashionFest as the Wine Sponsor. We look forward to supporting this incredible mission in the years to come.
We’re also proud to support the
U of M Masonic Children’s Cancer Research Fund. Children facing cancer, and their families, deserve to know that an entire community is standing with them. We believe deeply in supporting efforts that move research forward and bring hope to more families.

Our commitment to community involvement goes back to our founder, Donald Rosen. In 1986, he recognized how many children in Minnesota were facing winter without warm coats. From that need, Coats for Kids was born. Since its beginning, the program has collected, cleaned, and distributed more than 500,000 coats. Each year, over 50 local organizations help us get these coats into the hands of families who need them most.
We’re incredibly grateful to be part of a community that shows up for one another. For over 85 years, that support has shaped who we are and continues to inspire how we give back. We are proud to carry that commitment forward and to keep showing up for our community.
