Store Manager Trainee - Corporate Office

Pilgrim Dry Cleaners is a local family-owned & operated company looking to add another team member to our company. We have an opening for a Store Manager Trainee at our corporate office store front in Brooklyn Park. We are looking for someone who is professional and EXCELS at customer service! You will be the face people see when entering our corporate office as well as reason our customers keep coming back to the store, so we need someone that has a positive attitude, is outgoing, and is friendly!

As a Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of running the store, including: hiring, firing, scheduling, store inventory, store supplies, customer issues, labor control, etc.

This is full-time position. Start time is around 6:45am, and ends around 3:30pm. You MUST be available Monday - Friday, and for a very rare, but possible, Saturday shift. You can expect to average about 45 hours per week. Travel between store locations is possible as well.

1 year of retail leadership or management experience is helpful. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required. Starting salary is $39.000 - $45,000 per year depending on experience, plus possible incentive bonus.

$300 hiring bonus after 120 days!
